Gvozdiy & Oberkovych Law Firm is pleased to announce the launch of the Criminal Law & Proceedings Practice, which covers a wide range of legal services on facilitating criminal law issues for corporate clients and private individuals. The firm has given a start to provision of legal services in criminal cases in response to certain challenges affecting entrepreneurship. In recent times, the legal side of local and foreign business in Ukraine has been characterized by a significant increase in the importance of criminal law and criminal proceedings. Where state aspirations and the interests of big business fall foul of each other, officials often make unlawful use of state authorities to put pressure on businessmen. In such cases, expertise of business lawyers should be strengthened by knowledge of criminal lawyers to neutralise that pressure using lawful means.

The attorneys of the newly set department have thorough knowledge in theory as well as good track of records in facilitating criminal cases of all nature.
