Lawyers working in this practice group render legal services to clients engaged in the field of television, printed and electronic mass media and advertising. Together with litigation attorneys we represent our clients in court proceedings related to regulation of activities of mass media, namely, matters connected with agreements, copyright, marks for goods and services, commercial secrets and disputed related to similarity or identity of trademarks to previously registered trademarks and other disputes.

obtaining, re-registration, prolongation of broadcasting licenses (broadcasting, digital multi-channel broadcasting, satellite and cable broadcasting);
obtaining, re-registration, prolongation of licenses for providers of a program service;
registration of Clients as subjects of information activity;
