GOLAW is the main partner of the yearly European Business Association Court Index survey

The Court Index survey is designed to monitor business–court interactions and discover possible problematic aspects timely.

The survey is evaluating the effectiveness of the organization and activity of Ukraine’s judiciary, particularly general, administrative, and commercial courts in 2021.

The results of the survey will be presented during an expert discussion on March 1, 2022 and will help to estimate the degree of business trust and expectations in the judicial power, which is important for the further implementation of judicial reform in the country
