Yevhenii Ahashkov and Oles Riabchuk Promoted to Senior Associates in Corporate and M&A Practice at GOLAW

We are pleased to announce the career advancement of Yevhenii Ahashkov and Oles Riabchuk, who have been promoted to the positions of Senior Associates in Corporate and M&A practice.

Yevhenii Ahashkov has in-depth expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and competition law, and international trade. He has successfully handled projects related to companies’ entry into the Ukrainian market, business restructuring, due diligence, and asset purchase and sale transactions. Yevhenii also represents clients in their interactions with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, including obtaining merger clearances and participating in anti-dumping investigations.

Oles Riabchuk specializes in corporate and M&A, as well as advising international non-governmental and charitable organizations in Ukraine. He has extensive experience in corporate structuring, business creation and liquidation, and registration of foreign representative offices. A separate area of his work is advising on migration law, in particular in the context of doing business in Ukraine by foreign investors.

The promotion to senior associate is a recognition of the professional level of Yevhenii and Oles, their significant contribution to the implementation of corporate and M&A projects, as well as the high quality standards they consistently adhere to in their work with clients.
