What is copyright support?

Copyright covers a wide range of objects — texts, design, music, video, content, brand elements. It is important not only to create a work but also to properly secure the rights and formalise their transfer or licensing, otherwise use becomes vulnerable to disputes.

    Upon the creation of the work — registration is not required. But to prove authorship it is useful to record the rights; we explain how.

  • How to transfer or obtain rights to a work?

    Through an agreement on the transfer of rights or a licence. We prepare documents so that the scope of rights is clear for both parties.
