What is legal support for reconstruction projects?

The reconstruction of Ukraine involves large-scale investment, infrastructure and construction projects with the participation of the state, international financial institutions, donors and private business. Each such project has a complex legal architecture: requirements of financing organisations, public procurement, construction regulation, land matters, connection to utility networks, energy resilience, production localisation, donor requirements, state aid and insurance of war and political risks.
