The Supreme Court upheld the position of attorneys on the closure of the criminal proceeding

The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the courts of previous instances to close the criminal proceeding against the official of pharmaceutical company.

The charge consisted in purchasing a deliberately counterfeit drug for its further realization (sale).

GOLAW lawyers refuted the arguments of the cassation appeal and proved the legality of the decision of the court of first and appellate instance.

It should also be mentioned that according to the motivated appeal of the lawyers, the court of first instance found the deadlines violation of the law enforcement agencies for the pre-trial investigation as well as violation of sending the indictment to the court.
