GOLAW has successfully defended the interests of a pharmaceutical company in criminal proceedings

At the preparatory hearing, the court upheld the position of the defense. Thus, according to the well-grounded request of GOLAW attorneys, the court found that law enforcement agencies had violated the terms of the pre-trial investigation.

Thanks to the effcient work of the  attorneys, the rights of the client were defended, and the criminal case was  dismissed.
