GOLAW protected client's interests in anti-dumping investigation
We are proud to have supported TALYA FRESH TARIM ITHALAT IHRACAT SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED ŞIRKETI throughout a anti-dumping investigation in Ukraine — resulting in the application of individual duty rates, rather than the general duty imposed on other exporters and producers.
GOLAW’s legal support included:
- developing a defense strategy;
- preparing comments on the complaint;
- responding to inquiries from the Ministry of Economy;
- analysing other parties’ positions;
- supporting the client during the on-site verification audit;
- representing the client at hearings;
- assisting in securing individual duty rates.

This case set out the legal precedent in Ukraine that exporters not connected with producers under certain circumstances may qualify for individual anti-dumping duty rates
