Viktoriia Lytvyn

Viktoriia Lytvyn is a Senior Associate and Attorney with extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal and tax advice to businesses. She advises Ukrainian and international companies on establishing and conducting business activities in Ukraine, covering tax, corporate and regulatory matters.

Her core areas of expertise include tax residency, taxation of non-residents and permanent establishments, application of double tax treaties, cross-border transactions and tax structuring.

Viktoriia also has substantial experience advising on foreign economic activities, currency regulation, compliance and the assessment of tax, corporate and regulatory risks. She represents clients in tax audits and administrative appeals against decisions of regulatory authorities, as well as in tax disputes, including court proceedings.
