GOLAW participated in the Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days 2023 forum
On 6-7 December, the second international forum, Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days 2023, organized by Europe’s leading arbitration and educational institutions, took place in Warsaw. The forum brought together key players and experts to discuss issues related to Ukraine’s restoration, rehabilitation and modernization in the context of dispute avoidance and resolution.
GOLAW was honoured to be invited to participate in the event. Roman Antoniv, Senior Associate of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at GOLAW, represented the firm. Roman shared his views and exchanged experiences with the participants on modern approaches to dispute resolution and further development of alternative dispute resolution in Ukraine.
The experts also focused on the following aspects:
- the future of international arbitration in the new geopolitical realities of the world
- identification of new categories of disputes in the context of the energy transition
- The role of dispute resolution professionals in achieving sustainable development;
