GOLAW participated in the Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days 2023 forum

GOLAW was honoured to be invited to participate in the event. Roman Antoniv, Senior Associate of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at GOLAW, represented the firm. Roman shared his views and exchanged experiences with the participants on modern approaches to dispute resolution and further development of alternative dispute resolution in Ukraine.

The experts also focused on the following aspects:

• the future of international arbitration in the new geopolitical realities of the world
• identification of new categories of disputes in the context of the energy transition
• The role of dispute resolution professionals in achieving sustainable development;
• the use of mediation in complex infrastructure disputes;
• management of dispute resolution in the field of construction and infrastructure projects.
