Andrii Datskiv has joined GOLAW as a Partner
Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at GOLAW is now led by Andrii Datskiv, an attorney with over 15 years of legal experience who combines deep expertise gained at leading law firms and major Ukrainian companies. His professionalism has been recognized by the publication PRAVO.UA which in 2025 named Andrii among Ukraine’s leading lawyers in the field of dispute resolution.
He specializes in litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, real estate and construction projects, as well as representing clients in white-collar crime cases. In addition, his many years of experience working as both in-house counsel and external counsel enable him to provide reliable support to international and Ukrainian companies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG and agribusiness sectors.
Andriy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree and successfully combines practical legal work with academic research, focusing in particular on the legal regulation of disputes in the fields of urban planning and architecture.
Thanks to his combination of legal expertise, strategic thinking, and extensive management experience, he is able to integrate legal solutions into clients’ business strategies and effectively lead multidisciplinary teams.
The new partner’s expertise and deep understanding of business processes will make a significant contribution to further strengthening the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
