Attorney at law at GOLAW Tetiana Opanasiuk became a lecturer at the National School of Judges of Ukraine training on military registration

Attorney at law at Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at GOLAW Tetiana Opanasiuk was a guest lecturer at a five-day training course organized by the National School of Judges of Ukraine in cooperation with the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the National Agency for Civil Service, the High Anti-Corruption Court and the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support (TCR and SS).

The training was aimed at court and justice system employees responsible for military registration in state institutions and brought together over 450 participants from across the country. The training program, agreed with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, included a comprehensive review of the regulatory framework, practical algorithms, reservation procedures, documentation, and organization of interaction with the TCR and SS.

In the final part of the course Tetiana Opanasiuk presented one of the key and most practical thematic blocks, devoted to legal liability for violations of military registration rules and the specifics of conducting inspections. She explained the grounds and types of administrative liability, typical mistakes made by responsible persons, risks for state institutions, the procedure for responding to requests from regulatory authorities, documentation requirements and the specifics of interacting with the TCR and SS. Considerable attention was paid to real cases encountered by institutions when updating registration data or preparing materials for inspections, as well as algorithms that help minimize the legal consequences for employees and judicial authorities.

The training helped participants better navigate the complex issues of military registration and develop a common vision of how to organize this work in courts. Tetiana Opanasiuk’s participation not only added practical value to the training but also once again demonstrated GOLAW’s strong expertise in topics that are particularly important during wartime.
