Andrii Datskiv

Andrii Datskiv is an Attorney at Law with more than 15 years of legal experience, combining extensive expertise gained both at leading law firms and Ukrainian companies. His professional background includes advising on complex, high-profile projects requiring sophisticated legal analysis, effective risk management, and a deep understanding of business operations. 

Andrii focuses his practice on litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate and construction projects, as well as representing clients in white-collar crime matters. In 2025, he was recognised by Yurydychna Praktyka as one of Ukraine’s leading dispute resolution lawyers.
