Gabriele Dallara

Gabriele Dallara is an Italian lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising businesses, government institutions, and industry associations. As Head of the Italian Desk, Gabriele represents GOLAW in Italy and leads the development of Italian-Ukrainian business and investment cooperation.

He was admitted to the La Spezia Bar Association in 2003 and, since 2016, has been authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts in Italy, allowing him to provide strategic legal advice and representation in the most complex commercial cases throughout Italy.

Gabriele has extensive experience working with Italian corporations, industrial groups, and trade associations seeking to enter the Ukrainian market, expand their presence, or structure their activities in Ukraine. His practice focuses on structuring cross-border investments, corporate consulting, navigating the regulatory environment and compliance, as well as public-private partnerships and risk minimization. Gabriele plays an active role in facilitating economic cooperation between countries, particularly in the context of Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.

He ensures effective interaction at the institutional and business levels between Italian regional authorities, Confindustria associations, and Ukrainian regional and municipal administrations, facilitating the development of memoranda of understanding and the creation of direct corporate partnerships. Working in close synergy with GOLAW’s Kyiv team, Gabriele guarantees coordinated and continuous legal support to Italian investors in infrastructure, energy, and logistics recovery projects, as well as facilitating the integration of supply chains and the establishment of operational activities in both jurisdictions. His understanding of the specifics of the two markets allows clients to effectively overcome legal and business barriers, minimizing cross-border risks
