Khrystyna Zimenko is an Associate in Corporate law and M&A practice, specializing in corporate law issues, current business consulting, business relations with state authorities, complex legal support for the implementation of projects in the field of green energy.

Khrystyna provides services related to the legal support of the construction of alternative energy facilities, including land operations, registration of permits, conducting of contractual work, and acquiring the status of a participant in the electricity market. She conducts legal audits of companies and accompanies the preparation of companies for M&A.

The lawyer provides legal support to businesses on corporate governance issues, in particular, on the analysis of the company’s corporate governance system for compliance with the law, the creation of new management bodies, development of corporate agreements.

Both private individuals (citizens of Ukraine and foreigners) and business representatives of various jurisdictions are among her clients.
