Oleksandr Shevchuk
Oleksandr Shevchuk is an Associate in Corporate Law and M&A, Antitrust and Competition Law, and International Trade practices. He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial matters, competition law regulatory issues, and international trade.
He has extensive experience in Ukrainian market entry, corporate restructurings, and the legal aspects of doing business in Ukraine. Oleksandr conducts legal due diligence and supports business and asset sale and purchase transactions.
Oleksandr possesses deep expertise in medical law, advising on medical device certification and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
He assists with state registrations, corporate changes, and company liquidations, drafts agreements and corporate documents, and supports the preparation of merger control and concerted practices filings with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. A distinct area of his practice is advising clients in anti-dumping investigations conducted by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
