Partner at GOLAW Oleksandr Melnyk Spoke at the Webinar for Danish Companies

Partner, Head of Corporate Law and M&A practice at GOLAW, attorney at law Oleksandr Melnyk spoke at the webinar “Ukraine for Beginners” organized by the Federation of Danish Industry.

The event was aimed at Danish companies considering entering the Ukrainian market or planning to expand their presence in the country, in particular in the defense industry. Oleksandr delivered a presentation on “Defense Sector of Ukraine: Incorporation and Business Opportunities”, in which he spoke about the key legal aspects of doing business in Ukraine, peculiarities of corporate presence and opportunities for cooperation in the defense sector.

The webinar was an important step towards establishing international cooperation and stimulating investment in the defense sector. The webinar participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the legal nuances of working in Ukraine and prepared for their upcoming business trip, which will include meetings with key market players and visits to defense industry facilities.

We thank the organizers — the Federation of Danish Industry — and all the participants for the informative discussion! We believe that joint initiatives will open up new opportunities for strengthening Ukraine’s defense industry and international partnership!
