Yevhenii Ahashkov

Yevhenii Ahashkov is an associate at GOLAW’s corporate and M&A, antitrust and competition, and international trade practices, primarily focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions, general commercial matters, competition law regulatory matters and international trade matters.

He has significant experience related to entering the Ukrainian market, restructuring, and legal aspects of doing business in Ukraine. He also conducts due diligence and supports sale and purchase transactions of businesses and assets.

Yevhenii supports state registration, corporate changes, and liquidation of companies, drafts agreements and corporate documents, and assists with preparing applications for merger and concerted practices clearances of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Yevhenii provides support to parties in anti-dumping investigations and represents them in front of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
