Kateryna’s key areas of activity are civil, labour, and family law, as well as intellectual property and consumer rights protection. Her professional experience comprises support and consulting of clients on the issues of doing business and interaction with regulatory authorities, appealing against their unlawful decisions and actions, representing clients’ interests in disputes in the field of real estate and finance, labour disputes, civil and commercial cases. The lawyer also provides consultations on the issues of organising foreign economic activities, taxation, customs rules, and contract drafting. Moreover, Kateryna successfully represents clients’ interests in cases relating to the misuse of trademarks for goods and services, unfair competition and advertising, and other violations of intellectual property rights.
Kateryna is the author of a range of publications in professional periodicals and regularly holds her own workshops and master classes on the issues of foreign economic activities, inspections conducted by regulatory authorities, labour legislation, and the protection of intellectual property rights.
