GOLAW attorneys have successfully defended the violated rights of a renewable energy producer in court
GOLAW represented the interests of an electricity producer in a court case against the State Enterprise “Guaranteed Buyer” to recover a debt of over UAH 2 million.
Thanks to the winning protection strategy of GOLAW attorneys, the Kyiv Commercial Court agreed with the arguments of the lawyers and confirmed the fact of the debt owed by State Enterprise “Guaranteed Buyer”. Now, the State Enterprise is obliged to pay the principal amount of the debt, as well as 3% per annum, and inflationary losses to the client.
