Max is actively developing the practice of alternative energy, having a positive experience in implementation of such projects for foreign investors.
Being also the Head of the Private clients practice, Max’s core areas of activity include the construction of international models of business and asset ownership in Ukraine and abroad, and transferring the capital and business to heirs.
Iryna Kalnytska, Counsel, Head of Tax Practice, Attorney at Law
Iryna has an extensive experience in the field of tax law, international tax planning, and currency regulation. Her main areas of activities include structuring and support of national and international transactions, conducting legal due diligence, legal support of foreign economic monetary and credit transactions, and comprehensive support of companies’ economic activities.
Iryna consults clients on customs regulation, conducting export and import transactions, while focusing on the client’s utmost legal protection and optimising tax consequences in handling deals.
Kateryna Manoylenko, Counsel, Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice, Attorney at Law
Kateryna has successful experience in comprehensive resolution of clients’ disputes. In addition to the full support of cases in courts of all instances and jurisdictions, her experience also includes the pretentious dispute resolution and support of enforcement of court decisions.
Kateryna heads the GOLAW’s team of lawyers who successfully protect clients’ interests in all types of litigation.
