During almost two years of war, activities of local and foreign NGOs became an integral part of the resistance to the aggression of the russian federation. Meanwhile, numerous challenging legal aspects of NGO activities in Ukraine are  crucial.

HOW NGOs WILL OPERATE IN UKRAINE IN 2024

Thus, we propose discussing the legal aspects of NGO activities through two years of martial law in Ukraine. Our webinar will be devoted to the legal peculiarities of NGO activities in Ukraine, the updates in Ukrainian legislation concerning NGO activities, including the new procedure for importing humanitarian aid, the review of the main aspects of establishing and operating an NGO, as well as highlighting the most pressing issues related to their legal status and operation in the current situation in Ukraine.
