Kristina Kolchynska has been appointed to the position of Counsel of Criminal Law practice.
Kristina Kolchynska has more than 9 years of experience in legal practice.
She successfully protects suspects and accused persons, as well as provides legal assistance to businesses in relations with regulatory and law-enforcement agencies.
Furthermore, Kristina provides legal advice on issues arising during the investigation of economic crimes, providing effective and comprehensive protection of interests of Ukrainian and foreign companies, as well as their officials.
Oleksandr Melnyk has been appointed to the position of Senior Associate of Corporate law and M&A practice
Oleksandr has significant experience in corporate law and M&A practice.
He specializes in issues of corporate, competitive, banking and finance law, as well as business relationships with regulatory authorities.
The lawyer successfully consults on incorporation, restructuring and liquidation, conducting due diligence of companies and business structures.
Furthermore, Oleksandr advises on privatization process and real estate transactions.
