GOLAW team has secured AMCU merger clearance for ENKOM Group

GOLAW acted as legal advisor to ENKOM Group in connection with obtaining merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for the acquisition of an energy infrastructure object.

ENKOM Group has been operating for over 18 years, with a focus on eastern markets, and is one of the leading suppliers of energy equipment. The Group specialises in the implementation of energy projects, construction of gas boiler plants and cogeneration power plants, as well as the provision of a full range of services for cogeneration facilities.

GOLAW team successfully secured the required merger clearance, enabling ENKOM Group to acquire the energy infrastructure asset in the form of an integral property complex.
