Methodological recommendations for taxation of advocacz activities

Valentin Gvozdiy, Managing Partner, Iryna Kalnytska, Head of Tax Practice, and Natalia Matviychuk, lawyer at GOLAW Law Firm, have become authors of the methodological recommendations for taxation of advocacy activities issued by the Ukrainian National Bar Association. The publication considers the peculiarities of taxation of the law office and law union activities. The authors have paid special attention to the procedure for taxation of income received by a lawyer, i.e. an individual who carries out independent professional activities.
