GOLAW attorneys have been providing comprehensive legal support for the reservation of employees liable for military service since March 2022. With our help, dozens of cases have been completed, and hundreds of employees subject to military service have been reserved for our clients, in particular in the fields of IT, healthcare, agriculture, etc.

Recently, as a result of the team’s successful work, our client, a large international organization, received an order from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to reserve its employees liable for military service and grant them a six-month deferral from military service.

The project was run by a team of GOLAW Litigation and Dispute Resolution team: Partner – Kateryna Tsvetkova and Senior Associate –Natalia Matviichuk.
